About this policy

This policy applies to the Modybot website and its app and game discovery pages. It describes the information that may be handled by the site and by services that help deliver it.

The site does not currently offer visitor accounts or an on-page contact form. Search filtering on the homepage runs in your browser. If you email us, we receive the address and any information you choose to include so we can respond.

Information that may be processed

When a browser requests a page, hosting, delivery, or security providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested page, referring page, and the time of the request. These records can help deliver the site, diagnose errors, and protect it from abuse. Their exact collection and retention depend on the providers and settings used to operate the site.

The site stylesheet requests fonts from Google Fonts. When those fonts load, your browser connects to Google and may share technical connection information. Google’s own privacy terms apply to that service.

How information is used

Information may be used to display the site, maintain its security, understand and fix technical issues, and respond to messages or rights requests. We do not use the homepage search field to create an account or send search terms to a Modybot search service.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current visitor-facing pages do not use cookies or local storage for Modybot advertising or analytics. Hosting, security, or other service providers may use technical logs or similar technologies as part of delivering their services. Browser settings can help you manage cookies, though blocking them may affect some third-party services.

Third-party services and links

Modybot pages may link to app stores and other websites. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and are responsible for their own data practices. Review their policies before using them. Modybot does not control third-party sites or services.

Retention and security

Messages sent to our contact address may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep records of rights requests, address disputes, or meet legal obligations. Hosting and security providers set their own operational log-retention periods.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to operating an informational website, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Email us with enough detail to understand your request. We may ask for information to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law.

We may update this policy when the site or its services change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
